Sending Welcome email to the Admins with Generic teacher account
Topic: How to send the welcome email to Admin with Generic teacher account?

  • Step 1: Sign into the “Support Center” with your username and password -
  • Step 2: Click on “Email” from the menu bar.
  • Step 3: Click on “Email Management.”
  • Step 4: Click on “Select Template."
  • Step 5: Choose the template from Email management. Edit if need be.
  • Step 6: Review “New School Admin e-mail (Teacher and Student)” email addresses and subject line
  • Step 7: Make sure to add Teacher and Student data Excel file. This will enable to District/School to send us the teacher and student information.
