Topic- How to send student credentials to respective teacher as email?

NOTE: After the teacher and student accounts are created on LMS, please send the 'Teachers' email individually and 'Teacher-wise' student email (Student PDF label) separately.

  • Step 1: Sign into the “Support Center” with username and password - http://support.edusmart.com
  • Step 2: Select “Email” from the menu bar.
  • Step 3: Select “Email Management” icon.
  • Step 4: Click on “Select Template."
  • Step 5: Sending welcome email to admin with "Teacher and student" excel template attached.
  • Step 6: Add the required information in the “Template Mail” for Teacher-wise Student Mail & “Save As” to desktop for upload.
  • Step 7: Click on “Browse” to select TemplateMail.
  • Step 8: Click on “Upload” and view “File Uploaded Successfully” message.
  • Step 9: Click on “Browse” to upload a PDF attachment.
  • Step 10: Click on 1st “Upload” button and view “File Uploaded Successfully” message.
  • Step 11: Select a template by scrolling down the page.
  • Step 12: Click on “Teacher-wise Student e-mail” icon.
  • Step 13: Review “Teacher-wise Student email with PDF” email addresses and subject line.
  • Step 14: Click on “Send” and “Next” to send individual teacher/student mail with student credentials.
