Topic- How to extend the expiry date for renewal account?

NOTE: You will need to be logged into both LMS and Support Center in order to complete this process.

Viewing a renewal Order

  • Step 1: Sign into the “Support Center” with username and password - www.support.edusmart.com
  • Step 2: Click on “Ticketing Home.”
  • Step 3: Click on “Renewal Order.”
  • Step 4: View “Renewal Order” form details.
  • Step 5: Sign into “LMS Login Panel” with user ID and password - http://lms.edusmart.com/edusmart/
  • Step 6: Click on “Manage Users.”
  • Step 7: Click on “Set Expiry Date” in LMS.
  • Step 8: Click on “Schools."
  • Step 9: Click on “Example District.”
  • Step 10: Set Expiry Date in the “Group Expiry Date” field from dropdown calendar.
  • Step 11: Click on “Example School ES” – “Actions” icon.
  • Step 12: View “Expiry Date Set Successfully” pop-up screen message.
  • Step 13: Click on “Edit” icon in Support Center to update an account’s renewal information and status.
  • Step 14: Add the required information in the fields on the pop-up page and click on “Submit”
NOTE: From the renewal PO, please take the contact information, subscription type, subscription start date in “Renewed Date”, subscription end date in “Subscription From” and take the URL ID from the PO URL link. (Hint - The URL ID is the 4 digits number in the PO URL link.)

  • Step 15: View the renewal information on the updated screen and click on the “Refresh” icon.
